This update is our final friendly reminder that tonight, we lock all completed pledges. Locking pledges provides us with the final numbers needed for fulfilment so very exciting times indeed.

Please make sure your pledge is completed today to enable us to despatch it to you by the end of April 2022. Currently, there are only 44 pledges outstanding. If you miss today's deadline, we cannot guarantee you will receive anything before the end of 2022. 

Once locked any outstanding card payments will be processed, plus we will be adding all free figures to completed and eligible pledges over the next week.

New years eve is fast approaching. The 31st of December 2021, is the cut-off day for completing your pledge to make sure you will receive it by the end of April 2022.  With only 11 days to go until the pledge manager closes we thought we would offer a gentle reminder to the 62 backers who are still outstanding that you don't have much time. 

And if you reading this and wish to be a backer, you also have 11 days before the option for a late pledge closes, use this link for access. 

We have already started building stock with roughly 10,000 packs needed to fulfil the pledges completed to date. Rumour has it that Footsore's "head honcho" Mark Farr will be taking extra home with him, so if you are his guest during the festive period, be prepared to do your bit.

As master moulds are made, Mark has been sending castings to Ben MacIntyre (Brush Demon) for painting. We thought you would like to share a gallery of his progress. 

Five Weeks left before we lock pledges!

Hello, everyone, we thought it would be a good idea to update everyone to let you know we only have about five weeks left before we lock completed pledges, which will be at the end of December 2021. Doing this enables us to deliver the Welsh to you by the end of April 2022. As things currently stand, we are waiting on just 91 pledges to complete, which is really helpful indeed. It would be great to have them all finished, if possible, by the end of December, enabling us to crack on.

Just for fun, the current top five choices are:

1. Welsh Archers (no surprises there)

2. Welsh Medieval Archers

3. Welsh Medieval Commander

4. Welsh Knifemen

5. Welsh Foot Knights

The Ravaging of Hereford

Kes has also completed his drawing of the Welsh against the Saxons and can be viewed full size on his website, which can be reached here.

After seeing some of Kes's earlier drawings, we really liked his style.  For this Ravaging of Hereford picture, Kes looked at images from the National Archives to help him construct the Welsh warriors combining this with some of the details from the new range, particularly the armour and helmets of the Hearthguard figures. 

This is really is something different and has made a really nice addition to the project and can still be added to your pledges until the end of December 2021.

Hello everyone, as we have that Friday feeling we thought it would be a good idea to let you know how things are currently progressing with the pledge manager, well, as the title says, we have had an incredible response so far!

You have completed 326 out of 469 pledges, that's over 69% done which is just brilliant, providing us already with a good idea of how many packs will need producing. Yep, it's a lot!

We are well on track to lock all completed pledges at the end of November 2021. Our plan is to charge any extra card payments during the following day on the 1st of December 2021.

3. Welsh Archers

4. Welsh Christian Priest

5. Welsh Knifemen

If you haven't finalised your pledge yet and need a reminder of what you need to do, check out our walkthrough provided via an earlier update which can be found here.

Please note, if you do miss the end of November 2021 deadline you still receive your pledge, as long as you complete your survey.  However, it is very likely to be shipped later than the end of April 2022.

UNSEEN STRETCH GOALS

If you added the unseen Armoured Spearmen, Hearthguard Cavalry with Spears and/or Cavalry with Spears we are pleased to now be able to share pictures with you, from Matthew Bickley, of the finished sculpts. 

These images have now been included in the add-on section as well as the late pledge store. If you haven't, we would appreciate you sharing this link with anyone you know who missed the Kickstarter and might be interested.
